1. Who?
This privacy policy applies to the services of LESAGE Metaalconstructie NV, with registered office at 8553 Otegem, Zwevegemstraat 124, with company number BE 0407.219.658, with permanent representatives Mr. Bart Lesage, Ms. Lies Lesage, Mr. Mike Bartholomeus, and Mr. Kim Lesage.
By using the services of LESAGE, you indicate that you have taken note of this privacy policy and therefore accept the collection and processing of your personal data in the manner described herein. This privacy policy describes the operation of the services provided by LESAGE, more specifically how LESAGE collects, uses, protects, and shares data.

LESAGE is the data controller for the performance of its services.

9.1 Right of access, rectification, and restriction
You are free to decide whether or not to share your personal data with LESAGE. In addition, you always have the right to request LESAGE to access, rectify, supplement, or restrict your personal data.
9.2. Right to erasure
You have the right to ask us to erase your personal data from our database. However, this right may be limited due to legal obligations. You acknowledge that if you refuse to disclose or request the erasure of personal data, certain services may not be available.

After validation of your request, your personal data will be removed from the LESAGE database.

A request may be refused if it is unreasonably repetitive or systematic.
9.7. Automated decisions and profiling
The processing of your personal data does not include profiling and will not be subject to automated decisions by LESAGE.
