Clean lines, complex shapes, and perfectly finished edges? Our laser technology makes it possible. We cut metals quickly and accurately, even in the most challenging shapes.
We have two powerful systems at our disposal:
• Fiber laser for high speed and thinner sheets
• CO₂ laser for a top finish, especially with aluminum
We guarantee a smooth cut, minimal post-processing, and a result that is both technically and visually perfect. From parts for designer furniture to functional components. We laser cut thicknesses from 0.4 to 25 mm, completely tailored to your project.
Fast, efficient and versatile... punching is the technique for cutting fixed shapes in metal using punches and dies. Ideal for standard shapes, but also for smart extras such as countersunk holes, folds or screw threads.
Our punching machines are linked to a fully automated warehouse that supplies raw materials and accurately sorts and palletizes each piece. This makes the process both fast and reliable.
From parts for machines to housings for electronics or traffic signs: punching is the solution for metals up to 5 mm thick, with an eye for detail and efficiency.
Bending requires craftsmanship and technology. We have multiple bending machines in-house with different dimensions up to 3 meters and automated bending cells with robotic arms for repetitive work. This allows us to combine flexibility with speed, for both simple and complex bending shapes.
We bend steel, aluminum, and other metals into sturdy, precise components: from housing cabinets and machine parts to lighting elements, charging stations, and garden furniture. Always with an eye for detail and according to plan.
Welding is not a side issue for us, but a specialty. With an advanced welding robot—covering four workstations and a range of 12 meters—we bring metal structures to life. Fast, reliable, and accurate to the millimeter. This is how we guarantee a strong weld and uncompromising stability.
In addition, our skilled professionals ensure an almost seamless weld seam thanks to their many years of expertise in welding steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
Profiles require a different approach than plates, and we have also mastered this down to the last detail. In our CNC profile milling center, aluminum profiles and tubes are professionally cut and milled, up to 6 meters long and 500 mm wide.
We work with supplied profiles or start from scratch ourselves. Thanks to our technology and experience, we deliver perfectly fitting parts for machine construction and design applications, among other things. Sleek, precise, and reliable.
We use smart fastening techniques to ensure a secure attachment without any unsightly elements on the outside. We attach bolts and nuts with extreme precision, ensuring a completely flat finish on the visible side.
We use two methods:
• Pressing in nuts and bolts for a strong, secure connection – ideal for housings and electronic applications.
• Stud welding, in which fastening materials are welded directly onto the plate using spot welding technology. This is perfect for visual pieces such as cover plates.
The result? Everything is rock-solid, looks sleek and is exactly where it should be.
Powder coating makes all the difference – visually and technically. We bring color to life in our industrial powder coating facility. Each piece first undergoes thorough pre-treatment for optimal adhesion. It is then powder coated and baked in a 200°C oven, either automatically on a conveyor belt or manually in a spacious coating booth up to 10 meters long.
Together, we choose the right color, gloss level, and texture: smooth or textured, subtle or striking. This gives each piece the look and protection it deserves.
Finishing is not a final step, but an essential part of the process. It is where form, function and finesse come together. We ensure that every detail is just right: sharp where it needs to be, sleek where possible.
We use techniques such as tumbling to smooth sharp edges and work with regular partners for specialized treatments such as galvanizing, anodizing or zinc plating. Everything is done with an eye for quality and in consultation with the customer.
